ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Vedant Patil — a passionate EXTC engineer from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, Mumbai, who blends technical curiosity with real-world impact. From building a WhatsApp-powered home automation system to analyzing massive datasets in Power BI and Python, I thrive at the intersection of technology and innovation.
hrough internships at KPMG Forage, 1Stop.ai, and SG Telecare, I’ve developed end-to-end data analytics solutions, managed over records, automated reporting workflows, and even helped improve user engagement in AI-driven applications. My academic and project experience spans across machine learning, IoT, blockchain-based Web3 platforms, and robotics — always driven by a mindset to optimize, automate, and solve.
As I transition into a full-time role, I’m eager to contribute to teams that are data-oriented, forward-thinking, and impactful. Let’s build something amazing together.
What I'm doing
-
Data Analyst
Leveraging Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) and Power BI for end-to-end data analysis, including data wrangling, ETL pipelines, and interactive dashboard creation. Skilled in SQL for querying relational databases and using DAX for advanced metrics and KPI reporting. Continuously exploring machine learning for predictive analytics.
-
Artifical Intelligence
Learning core AI principles through hands-on projects involving supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and NLP. Familiar with TensorFlow and OpenAI APIs. Practicing model training, evaluation, and fine-tuning on real-world datasets to apply AI in automation and smart applications.
-
UI / Ux design
Designing modern, responsive interfaces using Figma. Applying UX heuristics and user-centered design principles. Creating component-based UI systems and interactive prototypes.
-
CCN and Networking
Strong foundation in computer networking concepts like OSI/ISO model, TCP/IP, routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, BGP), VLANs, and subnetting. Hands-on with Cisco Packet Tracer and Wireshark for configuration and traffic analysis. Familiar with network security concepts including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists (ACLs).
-
Hardware
Built real-world embedded systems using Arduino and Raspberry Pi. Integrated ultrasonic sensors, servo motors, and relays for automation and robotics. Created IoT-based systems with sensor data logging and remote control using Python and MQTT.
